Redlands Crush has an open practice policy for all players wanting to join an existing team. Players are encouraged to come out and practice on the field and in the cages with our teams. This approach allows the player and their family to get to know the coaches and the team. If a coach decides that a player would be a good fit for our team, then a position will be offered. Crush practices are structured to get the most out of every player at each and every practice. We strive to promote the athletic development of all of our players. We encourage you to come and see what sets the Crush organization apart and what makes us a premiere organization.

LOGISTICS

Redlands Crush holds two official practices each week, one defensive practice at either Orangewood High School or Arrowhead Christian Academy in Redlands and one offensive practice at our own private Crush Batting Cage Facility also located in San Bernardino. There are also optional pitching and hitting practices offered each week for interested players. We play year-round with a new season starting each August. Our teams take short breaks around the winter holidays and in late-summer. We strive to play all Majors level tournaments located all around Southern California on average two weekends per month. We also try to travel to larger, out of state tournaments one to two times per year as a team.
